Minerals are what make up human tissue, facia, bones, teeth and much more. Minerals direct energy flow throughout our body through rivers called “meridians” in Chinese acupuncture. It is best to keep the energy flowing correctly in all meridian channels throughout your body or you will feel pain or have organ issues. Think of rocks in a river, the rocks (minerals) determine the flow/ direction of the water (energy).
